In 2003 ALPHA LASER brought the first mobile laser welding machine ALM, on the market, offering for the first time the possibility of carrying out repairs and deposit welding on large wearing parts of machines, heavy forms (weighing several tons), and tools, directly at the customer site.

Compared with the costs and time involved in conventional repair processes, laser welding offers, with the ALM, vast economical advantages to the user.

For programmable deposit welding on large surfaces, our newly developed laser welding device is available: ALFlak, the flexible laser for deposit and contour welding with a laser power of up to 300 Watts and automatic filler wire feeding.
